Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We do accept returns within a 15 day window from date you received your items. Any returns outside of this window period unfortunately will not be refunded.

 

Exchanges

Any exchanges on items provided the item is returned new (unworn/ unused) and in original packaging including tags. Returns that are not in the original state will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be provided.

 

Sale Items

Unfortunately sale items can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

 

Refunds

If the item you received is damaged, we will review the item & should the item be factory defect we will replace this for you at no extra cost. Any personalised items (wall art, bracelets, jewellery) will not be refunded as we can not reuse these products. Refunds are processed once a week on a Friday & the payment will be done via Payfast or Payflex dependant on the gateway you used to make payment. 

 

How do I return or exchange my item?

If you need to return or exchange an item, please email the Baby Star team at wecare@yourbabystar.com for us to arrange the collection for you. Kindly note a R150.00 fee will be charged for the collection of your return or exchange item. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will refund the shipment fee to you.
