Baby Star (PTY) Ltd. use numerous third party courier companies in South Africa & internationally. Once your package has left the Baby Star Head Office (JHB) & you have received your tracking information this means your parcel has been handed over to the courier. It is now the courier's responsibility for the delivery for you. Baby Star will not be liable for any delays, thefts or lost parcels. We will try our best to assist on the parcel should issues occur. 

 

SOUTH AFRICAN SHIPMENTS

 

Lead Times (Styles in stock)

Shipping lead time for immediate styles are 3-5 working days.

No flat rate will be charged if an order's total value is R1000.00 & above.

 

Lead Times (Styles on preorder)

Shipping lead time for preordered styles are 20-25 working days.

No flat rate will be charged if an order's total value is R1000.00 & above.

Please note we ask for 20-25 day lead time for your items on preorder. However dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to international imports.

 

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPMENTS

Baby Star now ships internationally using international couriers such as DHL or FedEX.

All shipping costs will be covered by you as well as import taxes & duties when your shipment arrives into your country.
